Meet Our Barbers

Heather 

Our Founder and owner of Barber & Groom,  Heather trained at The Scottish Barbering School, in Glasgow and has gone on to carve a career within the industry which has led to the creation of Barber & Groom. Heather was runner up in the 2016 Scottish Barber Of The Year Competition in association with Bluebeards Revenge and The British Barbers Assoication.

Leigh

 

Co Owner Leigh, 2018/19 Scottish Female Barber of the Year

(SHABA) has over 18 years experience working within the hair industry, completing her training with one of the top salons in Scotland before working internationally on luxury cruise liners as a hairdresser and barber. Leigh joined Barber & Groom in early 2016. Leigh is also a freelance Make Up Artist working within fashion and editorial pieces. 

 

Leigh Nimmo - Scottish Female Barber of the Year

Aimee

Aimee joined Barber & Groom in 2019 after working as a Barber for more than 15 years locally in Inverclyde. Aimee is one of our Senior Barbers with a great skillset which has enabled her to become a very popular Barber and she was proudly named one of this years finalists for Scottish Barber Of The Year 2023 at the SHABA awards.

Liam 

Liam joined Barber & Groom in late 2021 having spent 4 years down under in Australia training as a barber after a highly successful career in Scotland as a hairstylist. Having the balance of both sides of the industry has allowed Liam to become a master of the trade. Liam has recently been named as a finalist in the 2023 Shaba Awards for Best Male Stylist.
