Meet Our Barbers
HEATHER
Creative Director & Owner
Heather founded Barber & Groom in 2014 with the focus of redefining the traditional barbershop through exceptional barbering, genuine connection and a commitment to client experience.
Over the last decade she has grown Barber & Groom into a recognised business and brand with a team that shares the same passion for quality, creativity and great client experience. Alongside working with leading industry brands, Heather was recently recognised as a Scottish Female Barber Finalist in 2026, reflecting her ongoing commitment to modern barbering.
Aimee
Aimee joined Barber & Groom in 2019 after working as a Barber for more than 15 years locally in Inverclyde. Aimee is one of our Senior Barbers with a great skillset which has enabled her to become a very popular Barber and she was proudly named one of this years finalists for Scottish Barber Of The Year 2023 at the SHABA awards.
Liam
Liam joined Barber & Groom in late 2021 having spent 4 years down under in Australia training as a barber after a highly successful career in Scotland as a hairstylist. Having the balance of both sides of the industry has allowed Liam to become a master of the trade. Liam has recently been named as a finalist in the 2023 Shaba Awards for Best Male Stylist.
Nicola
Nicola joined Barber & Groom in 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from her long career in hairdressing. Driven by her passion for short hair, she has successfully combined her skills from both industries to create a remarkable career with us. Her dedication and expertise make her an invaluable member of our team at Barber & Groom
Innes
Innes joined our team in 2021 after completing his training at the Scottish Barbering School. Known for his friendly demeanor, he never fails to engage clients in conversation and brings a vibrant energy to the shop. If you've visited us, you’ve surely experienced Innes's charm and the lively atmosphere he helps create. We’re proud to have him on board
